Fashion from a suburban couch

Though I don't live or work in the fashion industry in NYC, I've always been passionate about fashion and more specifically about accessories. I adore designing, crafting and purchasing accessories and I love the treasure hunt for vintage items which I combine with modern classics.  My intent with this blog is to showcase my style aesthetic through current items on the market I've purchased or am interested in purchasing along with showcasing my own designs (as I have time to make them and photograph them).  I don't profess to have deep knowledge of the fashion industry, I find a lot of trend clues come from tv, film and just seeing what people where on a daily basis in any given city.  It's always fun to try to figure out what the next big trend will be and I feel like I have a good eye for things that pop.  I hope you'll join me on this adventure exploring the wonderful world of accessories!
